On the backend, I design secure, high-performing APIs with ASP.NET Core, using Microsoft Identity for authentication, JWT for stateless security, and SignalR for real-time communication.
I implement Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, manage SQL Server / Azure databases, and integrate OpenAI APIs for automation and smart workflows.
Examples include: Jesus Talks With Me — a spiritual AI companion powered by a custom database of Jesus’ quotes, enriched with dialect variations, keyword search, and tagging. This backend fuels both the publishing platform and the AI chatbot experience.
BlogCart — a Blazor-based SaaS platform featuring a multi-tenant database architecture designed to serve multiple eCommerce storefronts from a single scalable backend, deployed as a Progressive Web App (PWA).

Before becoming a developer, I was a union ironworker in New York City, helping build and renovate some of the world’s most iconic structures. When the pandemic shut down construction, I returned to my early passion for coding (dating back to my Commodore 64 days). With my infant son on my shoulder, I self-taught modern development and founded LightningBits LLC.
Since then, I’ve built SaaS products across healthcare, eCommerce, and AI. My work blends hands-on problem-solving, AI integration, and modern DevOps to create applications that are both practical and innovative.
